Through local grants and national initiatives, our Leading by Example program helps to ensure the charitable organizations we support can continue to advance their missions. We have chosen education and workforce development as the primary focus areas of our philanthropic and volunteer initiatives, not only because they are key community needs, but also because we are committed to helping prepare tomorrow's leaders today.

Robert Half International has supported the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since 1997. In addition to our support of the organization's national conference, our employee teams across the United States host holiday toy drives to benefit their local clubs.

As the organization's exclusive staffing sponsor, Robert Half International has worked with Dress for Success on a variety of workforce-development opportunities since 2002. We support their international conferences and work with Dress for Success job seekers worldwide to provide workforce development opportunities through online training. In addition, Robert Half has worked with Dress for Success affiliates and similar nonprofits throughout North America on ongoing suit drives to benefit disadvantaged job seekers, collecting more than 145,000 items from our clients, candidates and internal staff.

Working in partnership with business and higher education, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) establishes student teams on university campuses, which create economic opportunities for members of their communities. Business leaders judge the effectiveness of their programs at competition. Robert Half International is proud to provide expert judges at these competitions and share career advice with the next generation of the workforce.

Upwardly Global, a nonprofit organization that brings highly skilled immigrants and highly progressive employers together, helps work-authorized, permanent U.S. residents write resumes, sharpen interviewing skills and develop professional networks. Robert Half International works with Upwardly Global to provide access to e-learning programs, mentorship, advice and mock interviews.
